First visit
What happens at your first visit
Nothing here is a test. This is the order of the hour, so there are no surprises.
Step 1: Before you arrive
You get a short email with the address and where to park, or the video link. It helps to have a list of your current medicines and the name of your pharmacy to hand.
Step 2: The first few minutes
Arianna Perez explains who can see your records and the few times the law requires her to share them, answers questions about fees, and asks whether you are comfortable.
Step 3: The evaluation
You talk about your history, your health, your sleep and what you hope will change. There are questions, and you can say "I would rather not" to any of them.
Step 4: The plan
Together you decide whether medication is part of the plan. If it is, you hear what it is for, the risks and what to watch for. A follow-up visit is booked before you go.
Services
What this is, and what it is not
Three things worth knowing before you come.
It is a conversation
A first visit is a chance to be heard, and to see whether the room and the person suit you.
It is not a prescription on request
A prescription follows an evaluation. You will not be asked to take a medicine you don't want.
It is not emergency care
If you are in crisis, call or text 988. In an emergency, call 911.
